Yes, foods can fight cancer! Certain diet patterns have a major effect in helping cancer survivors to live longer, healthier lives. This class will discuss power foods that prevent disease and foods to avoid. This class will highlight breast cancer fighting foods, and practices. We’ll share the science on food and cancer, includes handouts, a video, followed with discussion and cooking demo of 3 plant-based cancer fighting recipes. Class taught by breast cancer survivor Amberlea Childs.

Why spend a fortune stocking your fridge with dressings you barely use. This class is back to the basics, the basic needs for your kitchen table. We’ll discuss simple steps to making your own salad dressings, quick cheese dips, and a red marinara sauce. We’ll dine on vegan Caesar salad and pasta with marinara sauce. This is a hands on class so come prepared to get in the mix. You’ll leave with many new plant based recipes to keep your fridge stocked year round.
